Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to All!

Extended opening on Saturdays 14th and 21st December.

Open until 7 PM for both Saturdays, the 14th and 21st of December, the two Saturdays before Christmas.

Celebrate with us on both Saturdays 12 till 7 PM

We will be starting of the festivities with a later closing on the remaining Saturdays in December in the lead up to Christmas. Come and join us for a glass of fizz and mince pies from 12 until 7 PM.
We hope to see you Here in Burford, we are next door to the Cotswolds Arms Pub. There is a free carpark near by, near the church and free parking on the same side of the road as the shop.

Exchanges After Christmas

We are happy to sort out exchanges in the shop no problems up until 20th January. The same goes for the web orders if arrange the exchange by then. We understand if it takes a few more days to arrange sending things back.

Last Postings

To guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas we recommend using these dates as a guideline. We will endeavour to try to get things out after the deadlines if possible so it may still arrive in time after the dates but we always only guarantee before and by the usual cut-off of 2 PM weekdays same day dispatch and 12 noon for international dispatch.

Last UK Economy – Thursday the 19th via 1st class post.

Last UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland – Thursday 19th via DPD courier or tracked Royal Mail

Last UK mainland next working day courier – Friday 20th via DPD courier.

International
We send internationally via DHL courier and in general we would not count Christmas Eve as a dependable delivery date. There are Express options available for extra, so please feel free to ask if left a bit late. It will vary from country to country, so if ordering online then please say if urgent and requiring extra? We will assume it is wanted before Christmas and do our best to make sure it does get there.

Please note: Once the deadline has been reached we will not send anything out until after the Christmas break unless an extra Express option has been requested.
